Summer Series

Like beach bootcamp, without the pain

Can I share a secret, from 11+ years of business coaching other owners?

97% of owners don’t know what they want. Only 3% of owners come to me with a clear goal that doesn’t change. It’s true. The vast majority of us don’t *really* know who we are, what we want, or where we’re going. Most of us are feeling our way through, which means a little less of what we don’t want, and a little more of what we do.

And yet – because Type A personalities tend to dominate the media, so if the fact that 97% of people don’t know what they want surprises you? That’s why.

But, of course, when we DO know what we want? Well, then our efforts are turbocharged. Clarity really is rocket fuel.

The good news? Helping owners to uncover what they really want? That’s my superpower.

So what are the three key pieces of business to be clear on? Yourself (aka: your brand, your awesomeness, and your stories) + Your ideal clients (aka: the foundations of your business, who make getting out of bed every day a joy) + Your offerings (aka: what you’re selling and the precise why that you’re selling it).

Introducing: the Hustle & Heart Summer Series

Declaration of You

Why do some people stand out and leave a lasting impression? How can you embrace the art of the humble brag, even if you’re an introvert or highly-sensitive? How do you use your online assets and face-to-face presence to give a rousing introduction, be memorable, and forge trust?

The Genius of your Ideal Client

Knowing your ideal clients better than they know themselves enables you to create marketing that provokes people to respond with “how do you get inside my head?” and (my favourite) “I thought I was the only one who felt like this?” Forget about niches, industries and sectors, and demographics, we’re diving deep into what your ideal clients – because knowing exactly who they are really is genius.

Your Offerings Ecosystem

Times have changed. No longer do you need to keep doing what you’re doing. There are countless ways to slice a cake, and new methods of service delivery emerging every single day. Give your offerings a 2024 facelift – or chuck everything and redesign from the ground up – to ensure that you’re selling out ‘no brainer’ offers that calling people in, and keep them circling your ecosystem.

You + Me = We

When you turn up the volume on your stories, your rousing introduction, and better understand what other people find fascinating, you call in your ideal clients. When you know your ideal clients better than they know themselves, you can translate that into your marketing and your offerings.

When your offerings stack, and naturally lead from one to another, and you understand the essential elements of how to put an offer together – and sell it – business becomes far easier because you’ve created an ecosystem, not a series of dead-ends.

The declaration of YOU + your ideal clients = a flourishing we (ie: your business)

Questions?

Where is all this wonderfulness taking place?

In the comfort of your home/office/park bench. This is an online course (since 2021!). You will need reliable internet access, a quiet background, and your good self. That is all.

I know warm bodies in a room is awesome, but a live, online course makes sense when we’re learning digital marketing, yes? We learn, we do, we learn, we do, and so on. I want you using as many of the tools we’re covering as possible and this live, online course makes it far easier.

Are there recordings? How long can I access these?

Look, nothing is forever sweetheart, so we can’t promise that, but for as long as this business is in existence (16 years and counting), you have access! Drop in and review the recordings and content – because you’re not some miracle worker. You might need a few swings at it before it properly hits. But don’t forget to follow through and DO STUFF. Because business learning without implementation is just a fancy form of procrastination.

What kinds of business owners is this for?

Smart ones! Ones who know this is excellent value for money and unlikely to be repeated, and who hate fence sitting (it’s very uncomfortable.

We specialise in values-based service businesses. Which means we tend to attract awesome folks who are consultants, teachers, helath professionals, coaches, creatives.

Most are online business owners, though some have staff and bricks-and-mortar businesses. All are keen on no-fluff, no-hype, highly practical and actionable education that doesn’t treat you like a fool.

Does this apply to small or large businesses?

This course is predominantly for small businesses and micro enterprises. Which means that I’m teaching for people who are likely wearing many hats, with little or no team to delegate to. This is why we start with minimum viable marketing, and go from there.

However, the same principles of marketing apply no matter what industry, sector, business size or type. Many people come to learn about digital marketing so that they’re far better equipped to outsource and manage others who will be implementing. Outsourcing to others when you don’t have a solid understanding of what’s what is a recipe for disaster.
