On a Roll! (Not a Grind):
The Momentum Effect

Get on a rolllllll

The rates of change are such that the old launch playbook is simply not working anymore. You’re done feeling frustrated – and you’re ready to get on a roll with:

Your audience-building – if you’re putting effort into  building an online audience and community, you need it to bring results.

Your launches – you’re done through money down the drain on ads, and ready to leverage your network and borrow other people’s audiences.

Your premium offerings ecosystem – so that everything sells everything and your clients keep swirling.

Get off the stop-start merry go ’round

Most business owners are going round and round the stop-start merry go ’round.

Stop-start marketing leads to stop-start cashflow (you get busy and stop marketing, then have no work, and do emergency marketing).

Maybe you get to a conference or hire a coach, get excited, and start doing #AllTheThings. This quickly becomes unsustainable, you crash, and you’re back where you started.

What if you could work to your natural rhythms, plot your momentum around your holidays, work to your strengths and unfair advantages, and get on a roll?

What if you could borrow other people’s audiences, get paid to grow your audience of buyers, test your ideas, and hone your reputation?

What if you could stack your cash, month-on-month, and turn launching, marketing and making offers into a party?

The next era in business is calling for a new approach – the Momentum Effect.

The Momentum Effect focus on creativity, fun, and your community of people. It’s not highly technical and doesn’t require thousands to invest in ads.

As a business coach with 14+ years experience, working with leaders, experts and bloody legends, I’ve the behind-the-scenes view on what it takes to attract your dream ideal clients, big cash months and consistent recurring revenue, and awesome opportunities for work that are both personally meaningfully and highly paid.

I started my business in 2008, in the middle of the Global Financial Crisis. A year later, my partner was made redundant when his organisation went under. We’d just taken out a million dollar mortgage on a house in Sydney, and I had a two-week old baby.

This was my first major knock in business.

Two babies under two was the next one. It was all chaos, all the time. Something had to give.

So I reimagined, rebranded, repositioned, and changed everything, including my capacity, and my identity.

The rollercoaster of building your own business is NOT for the faint-hearted. If burnout hasn’t happened to you yet, then you likely haven’t been in business long enough. Burnout doesn’t need to be a rite of passage – there are smarter, more regenerative ways of working that build you bank, while reducing your risk.

The four pillars of the Momentum Effect and why they work

Borrowing other people's audiences and investing in human-led marketing while building your community

Designing your Offerings Ecosystem around your strengths & unfair advantages

Expanding your capacity to build massive momentum

Get off the merry go ’round & get on a rolllllll
