It’s easy to lose the forest for the trees when running your own business.

There’s always plenty of things to do and mini emergencies to attend to. It’s easy to become distracted, stuck, or unfocused. That’s why it’s important to periodically take time out from your day-to-day running of the business, to reflect and refocus on what’s important.

These roundtable sessions include advice and support from those who know what they’re talking about – your peers and other business professionals.

Gain confidence, clarity, insight and momentum in a supportive, confidential, non-competitive, inspiring environment.

Momentum can be hard to build, but once you’ve got it, it makes everything so much easier.

How these sessions work

Facilitated by business coach and digital marketing trainer Brook McCarthy, we review, reflect, address and discuss business issues, as well as gain clarity on your business direction.

Questions, reflection, brainstorming, led discussions and opportunities for collaboration and shared experiences means you can gain new insights, resolve issues quicker, test ideas, and troubleshoot potential issues or risks.

You aren’t obliged or pressured to share information that you’re uncomfortable sharing, and can take heart knowing that all discussions are strictly confidential.

Face-to-face sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 people on a first-come, first-served basis.

How the online sessions work

Online sessions are slightly different: you’ll be given some preliminary work to do before we meet to ensure you can use our time together as best as possible. We’ll meet over Zoom, which utilises your audio and video on your computer. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and some peace and quiet!

The only difference with our face-to-face sessions is that you’ll be in the comfort of your own home, without needing to travel anywhere.

I came to the session because, despite having a broad range of skills and experience, I was doing the same kind of projects and didn’t know how to attract a different type of work. I knew Brook would listen carefully while treating me as an individual, rather than deliver a boring one-size-fits-all approach.
