to redesign the way you approach your ‘to do’ list.
You know what you need to do.
You have the skills to do it.
You just lack the time (and no, working weekends is not an option).
Redesign the way you use your energy and you’ll redesign your time
I’m not a natural planner. (That’s why I invented the Non-Planner’s Business Plan.) But the value of planning, measurements and check-ins to progress cannot be denied. The problem? Planning is a luxury and indulgence when you’re neck-deep in ‘to dos’.
Shifting gears from reacting+responding to planning+directing is massive – not only are you unlearning habits, you’re deconstructing the lens through which you act in the world. But it’s also a game-changer, because nothing accelerates your progress more than taking the driver’s seat in your business.
It starts with planning.
Setting goals is the easy part. Actually doing the work to make those dreams a reality? This is where the rubber hits the road.
Make no mistake: time is a feminist issue
There’s a reason why we’re in an epidemic of overwhelm: because that’s the way the system is designed.
We don’t have the luxury of great swathes of unbounded time, instead we are mistresses of multitasking. Juggling far too much with far too little is the domain of female business owners. And it’s making us sick, anxious and depressed.
It’s time to take back your power, by leaning on your village.
This monthly membership is designed to be a safe, supportive, rabble-rousing space to move through all the junk that comes up as we work outside our comfort zones, taking risks, trying new things, and doing the work you’ve always wanted to do, and been procrastinating on (sometimes, for years).
You have to do the work, but you don’t have to do it alone.
To overhaul your self-beliefs, values, processes, routines, habits and self-talk requires time and support, both of which are in short supply. So I created this monthly membership to redesign the way you approach time, with the help of a community of cheerleading business owners just like you.
This is an ecosystem that supports your vision, and a holistic approach to building values-based, people-centric businesses.
This monthly membership has been specifically designed to be accessible, affordable, and achievable.
YOU are in the driver’s seat of setting your own agenda, plan and tasks (with support, accountability and cheering from us!).
There is no homework.
No busy work.
No more items to add to the endless ‘to do’ list.
Your support ecosystem helps you do and be the best possible You you can be.
This is a reframing and radicalisation of how you approach your time, plus how you feel when you’re in the thick of the hustle.
Get a new perspective on yourself, your opportunities and potential, plus the fuel to become ten times more productive – without burning out.

“I felt like I knew Brook before I walked in the door – that’s how effective her writing and marketing is. This course gave me a head full of new and different ways to get my unique message out there. My first blog post after the course had my largest reach and response ever! I wish the day was longer.”
“Brook’s course gave me surprisingly more insight, confidence, tips, and ideas than I could’ve thought possible in one day, especially as this was a new world to me.
“Brook’s course on Blogging for Business was a really worthwhile investment of
“I gained an enormous understanding of how blogging can benefit my work. The pace moved quick enough so that we actually created a lot of work, but Brook generously supported us throughout so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this course, regardless of your level, to get the creative juices flowing!”

“I attended this course because I was a terrible blogger. My blogs would always start off like a ‘dear diary’ with an apology for not having blogged. I could read Brook’s personality in her writing and got the feeling that she would deliver the information in a way that I could enjoy, relate to and really benefit from.
“I got so much more than I expected from this course!
About Amy Bingham
“I would recommend this social media course for anyone looking for practical tools, insider tips and clear direction about using social media to develop and promote their business. Brook is a very experienced, engaging and passionate presenter, with an eye for detail. The beautiful setting and delicious catering were a lovely addition to a great day.”
“Social Media Savvy is an excellent course. It was well-paced, with plenty of scope for us to ask questions, but still covered all the material without feeling rushed. Brook has a phenomenal ability to take a vastly complex topic and distil it down to the most pertinent ‘action points’ so it no longer seems so intimidating. My business partner and I plan to sign up for another one of Brook’s courses shortly!”
“What a great day! I gained a lot of knowledge and I now feel much more confident in marketing my business through social media. Thank you Brook for a very well-organised and professionally presented course. I highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in gaining market share through social media marketing.”
“I highly recommend the Social Media Savvy course with Brook. I have gained a sense of direction within the maze of social media. I also feel empowered with practical tools to express the unique qualities of my business.
“I recommend the course because the information was useful and I liked the presenter, which I think makes a difference. There are so many options out there that it’s overwhelming, so I needed someone with expertise to talk to. I came away with even more options, but I think the big thing is discipline, learning when to stop, and planning your time wisely so you don’t get frustrated.
“Although I studied marketing and work in marketing, there’s a lot to know and things change rapidly. I came to Brook’s course because I liked her “no-fluff” approach which gave the impression that it would be practical and useful. It was indeed highly practical and useful information, advice and tips delivered in a way that was clear and straightforward. The information focused on objectives, results and assessing your actions, and it was great to have a presenter who doesn’t get distracted by the glossiness of marketing communication. My expectations were exceeded.”
