Do I need to be in business already?

I don't know if I should go for group coaching or if one-to-one would be better?
A lot of what appeals to people about one-to-one work is having their hands held. But that’s only a tiny part of coaching. The client goes away in between sessions and does homework, implements changes, and often works harder than ever. Business coaches aren’t miracle workers – clients need to follow through and do the work by themselves, or with their team. (And I’ve had to let go of one-to-one clients who have consistently failed to do any homework because they’re wasting their money and my time.)
Related to the above, you need discipline. You need to commit. You need follow-through. You need grit. You can’t outsource these things to a coach. YOU need to develop them yourself, with resources, insights, advice, from your coach.

How is the program delivered?
The program is delivered live online, via Zoom, as well as via a membership portal. You’ll be prompted via email to access the lessons. We use different formats to appeal to different learning styles – written, audio files to listen to on the go, as well as videos. There are reflective writing exercises, check-lists, swipe files and technical instruction.
What if it’s not for me? Do you give a refund?
If you’ve done the lessons and haven’t realised any benefit, then I’ll refund your money, minus the payment processor fees (paid to third parties like PayPal and Stripe).
You need to email my Hustle & Heart support team at firstname.lastname@example.org letting them know you’re not satisfied and send us your first three modules of completed exercises, within 30 days of the program commencement date, and I’ll happily refund your investment, minus the payment processor fees.
This is not a “try before you buy”. You need to commit to learning and implementing. AND I want to ensure that the program is as effective as it can possibly be so your engagement is essential.

Your ability to earn good money is dependent on a number of factors and these factors vary according to each individual. So it would be impossible for me (or anyone else) to guarantee your income level, or ability to earn revenue.
You are responsible for the results you achieve. I will make every effort to provide you with quality information, strategy, training and guidance to achieve your income goal, but in the end it is up to you. You need to make the decision that this is what you want and that you are going to embrace the opportunities of this program to get you there.
My business results aren’t typical. I’ve been at practising digital marketing and online communications continuously since 2005, and have been self-employed since 2008, so naturally I have a bit of an advantage. Also, the average person who purchases a ‘business building’ type of course or program rarely gets any results at all – similar to how the average person who buys expensive gym wear or home exercise equipment rarely ends up looking like the person in the commercials.
The truth is, building your business isn’t easy. It involves risk and uncertainty. It requires tenacity, grit and resilience.

Solid products/services with enough profit margin to make the profits you want to make;
Consistent branding and marketing that positions your business at the price level you want to be at (this is probably the hardest part);
Ability to adapt to changes in your target market, marketing, and technology;
A business owner who balances and negotiates their very own delicious blend of hustle. They delegate and manage effectively, know when to ask for help, take adequate time off, and work to their strengths
