I'm not going to give you generic advice that you can find in any business book. You have unique strengths, expertise, style, and history. You need a bespoke coaching approach that works for you.

Decision-making is a fundamental business skill. The power of momentum is lost when your decisions are overly laboured. When we're continually experimenting, launching, testing and iterating, progress is faster and stronger.
I'm also your advocate and board member
I'm not just coaching you. My role moves between advice, mentoring, on-the-spot training, and advocacy. I may put your name forward for opportunities (with your consent), introduce you to people, act like a trusted board member.
I'm not a 'yes' girl
Don't hire me to tell you you're wonderful and everything is great. I ask uncomfortable questions, jump straight to the heart of things and variously, challenge and debate you. Sometimes I'll tell you what you don't want to hear but I will always have your best interests at heart. And yes, I will celebrate you, of course!
