The Final Push: Map your launch season
Join this FREE live workshop for small business owners who want their launch season to feel like a party they’re hosting – not a slog they’re surviving before collapsing into Christmas!
The last quarter of the year is historically the largest for most professional services businesses. The final push before the Christmas break, powered by one or more launches, has the potential to set your next year up right.
There’s no reason why we couldn’t map your last quarter of launches to bring in your biggest quarter ever.
Right now, most small business owners are heading into launch season:
- Too busy and preoccupied to carve out space/time to map their plan ahead of time – making launching far harder and more inefficient than it needs to be.
- Treating it like a solo mission – head down, bum up, hustling like a mo-fo, overlooking the people who’d show up and champion them if they only just asked.
- Doing the same three launch marketing moves on repeat, because trying something new feels risky when there’s revenue on the line.
- So deep in the doing that they never step back to map the season as a whole – as a result, every day and week feels reactive and a lot of hard work doesn’t translate into sales.
- Self-censoring their boldest ideas – the very same ideas that their ideal clients are desperate for. They’re overthinking everything, constipating their creativity – and the worst part? They know it.
- Missing the actual fun of launching – being social, opening more conversations in more (digital) rooms, being creatively unhinged, and experimenting with new methods of reaching, flirting, inviting, and closing sales.
Why I’m teaching this – and teaching it for free.
I started my business in 2008, in the middle of the Global Financial Crisis. Since then I’ve run more launches than I can count – launches to sell my one-to-one services, group programs, expert masterminds, live face-to-face courses, paid online experiments.
The launches that felt like a joyless slog? They were the ones done without a compass, without a map, where I sequested myself, heads-down, bum up, in isolation, living off the fumes of misguided hope.
The launches that actually built momentum, had the biggest sales – and were genuinely fun to run – were the ones where I mapped the season first: which rooms I was opening conversations in, which people I was gathering, which live experiments I was brave enough to run.
This workshop is your last quarter push, a map which we’ll build live in the room, together. Come ask questions, expect to make decisions, and get your bright ideas out on paper, to map your launch season, together.
This isn’t a content calendar. It’s a YOU-shaped launch plan that’s creative, social, genuinely fun to run – and, highly profitable.
What we’ll map in the hour
Creating financial goals for your launch
Deciding on your timelines – what to do, when
How to turn "gathering people" into a real strategy, not just a vibe, so your launch has a community behind it, not just an audience in front of it
The role of paid live experiments – small, low-risk tests you run in public that build momentum and tell you what's actually working
Your final push for 2026, mapped – including exactly what the last stretch before launch day looks like when it's built on genuine excitement instead of naked adrenaline
By the end of the hour, you’ll walk away with your own launch season mapped out into an actual plan.
Note: This is specifically for established small business owners with defined offerings to launch, who are keen to make the most of launch season, before Christmas.
